The uniformity of this photo really appeals to me right now. Like I want to crawl inside of it.
Also-- random associations-- the number reminds me of Captain Von Trapp in the Sound of Music. I've been in love with him since I was five. So, the association is probably a good thing, though I don't understand its derivation.
Julie - The number is permanently affixed to a bank, so I can't say I blame it.
Jackie - I do love hearing people's random associations. More fun than a roomful of Rorschach blobs around here.
For my part, I harbored a childhood crush on Dick Van Dyke as the chimney sweep in Mary Poppins. Maybe that's where I get my love of charming urban grime.
