Your days are numbered.
"City life, urban life, living in big cities, in fact, is living in a galaxy of unimportant, random, stupid, absurd images. But your look gives a strange, mysterious meaning to these little details of streets, asphalt or cobblestone roads, advertisements, letters, all the little details of bus stops, or chimneys, windows. All these things constitute a texture of a city, and each city in that fashion is very different."
- Orhan Pamuk, BBC interview

Like that curly six. Looks a bit maniacal. Or maybe I've been trapped on SI for a few days too long. ;-)
I wanna clip that 3 on the back of the head, says she leaning against the retaining wall and wiping her brow. Phew!
Jackie - Out of curiosity, have you ever seen the TV series The Prisoner? Some days when you talk of Staten Island, I get the sense you feel trapped "in the village." Google it - and go for the old one starring Patrick McGoohan. The new one's crap.
Julie - I am just now catching up with you and your trail of wonderfully attentive comments. I will have to sit down with a hot chocolate and start going through them. What fun! Thank you for reading and welcome, welcome, welcome.
No need to catch up dear writer, the pleasure has been all mine! I am just pleased that after my mad scramble I found y'all.
T-- Haven't seen it. But you've mentioned it to me before. I'll have to check it out!
